The first residential project by Birla Estates registers over INR 300 crore booking value on the launch of Birla Vanya in Kalyan near Mumbai

Over 400 units sold within 3 days of launch

The first residential LifeDesignedTM project Birla Vanya, Kalyan by Birla Estates Pvt. Ltd., has received overwhelming response from home-buyers sales of over 400 units within 3 days of the launch of the phase I of the project.

Birla Vanya is a 100 per cent wholly owned subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries Limited—is being developed within 21 acres and houses over 30 amenities with more than 7 acres of greens.
