With a vision is “to build world’s most influential community of Entrepreneurs”, through a one-of-its-kind networking platform for entrepreneurs that fosters learning, sharing and growing together, EO has launched Executive learning programmes for Entrepreneurs and also introduced programme supports for new age startups.
Replying to Manish Joshi of NewsBarons, Chiranjiv Patel, Regional Director, EO informed ‘Our mission is to engage leading entrepreneurs to learn and grow in every possible city of India’.
NB: EO has launched an Executive Education Program. Please elaborate?
Chiranjiv: EO has launched an International Business Courses called the Executive Education Program and has tied up with London Business School and Stanford Business School aimed at entrepreneurs and top executives.
NB: Do you also have programs for start-ups?
Chiranjiv: India is now a destination for start-up entrepreneurs which require a high degree of interventions for entrepreneurship development. At EO, we have three programs for start-ups:
EO Accelerator: With a mission to empower entrepreneurs with the tools, accountability and community to aggressively grow and master their business. Start-ups with a turnover of more than 1 crore rupees can enroll under this program, where, specially trained EO members or accelerator trainers provide training to the participants throughout the year and ensure that the attendees’ business grows from 1 crore to over 5 crore in turnover.
Our mission is to empower the entrepreneurs with the tools they need to grow their business to clock-in more than US$1 million in sales and provide them with the skills to make themselves – better entrepreneurs and leaders.
EO Mentorship: EO Mentorship fosters relationships aimed at high-level leadership and personal development within a structured timeframe. Throughout the mentorship process, mentees work towards goals and establish personal accountability, while mentors support them through next-level education and engagement.
EO GSEA: The Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) is a premier global competition for student entrepreneurs who actively run a business. EO GSEA is an exclusive opportunity for student entrepreneurs to make connections, find resources, and grow their businesses.
NB: Tell us about highly interactive ‘members only’ EO app?
Chiranjiv: We work through the EO app which allows us to share, connect and work very close with EO members only with no external factors crowding in. EO functions on video calls like the regional council and chapter board meetings. Apart from emails, video calls and app usage, we also share virtual reality events through various digital mediums with our members across the world.
We celebrate EO 24 on 8th of November every year, wherein, learning events are organized all across our 171 chapters on the same day and shared with all EO members around the world. EO has an online system for most of its activities like events, participation, payments, applications and conferences amongst others.
NB: What are your plans for the next fiscal years?

We have already launched two chapters and are planning to launch two new chapters – EO, Andhra Pradesh and EO, Goa which are the upcoming business & famed party destination respectively in our country.
