Indian equity indices opened on a positive note after US Fed kept interest rates unchanged.
Nifty was above 10,400 levels.
Sensex was higher by 25 points at 33,625 , While Nifty was up by 4 points at 10,444.
The S&P BSE Mid-cap and small cap index was up by 1%.
